The CDT Business Plan was reviewed and notarized by a Queens Counsellor. Then the notarized Corporation was submitted by CDTs attorney to be registered with the Ontario Management Board of Cabinet. After due consideration, CDT has had its corporation documents notarized and submitted to OMBC. OMBC confirms that the Notary is a legitimate Notary in the province of Ontario and can confirm the Notarized legal documents which have been filed with them (usually for International businesses and solicitors).

The Business Plan was then reviewed by a criminal lawyer, before the program was launched in December 2004.

What is the Ontario Management Board of Cabinet (OMBC)?

They are a government body. CDT has had its corporation documents notarized by a Government-level attorney and submitted to OMBC. OMBC confirms that the Notary is a legitimate Notary in the province of Ontario and can confirm the Notarized legal documents which have been filed with them (usually for International solicitors).
