ABOUT CDT

PROFILE

CDT is a debt-free diamond distributor company located in Toronto, Canada. They market high quality loose diamonds at cut rate wholesale prices. The company is registered with both the US and Canadian divisions of the American Chamber of Commerce as well as the Government-level Ontario Management Board of Cabinet.

The CDT Business Plan (and network marketing program) was reviewed and notarized by a Queens Counsellor. Then the notarized Corporation was submitted by CDTs attorney to be registered with the Ontario Management Board of Cabinet. After due consideration, CDT has had its corporation documents notarized and submitted to OMBC. OMBC confirms that the Notary is a legitimate Notary in the province of Ontario and can confirm the Notarized legal documents which have been filed with them (usually for International businesses and solicitors).

The Business Plan and network marketing program was then reviewed by a criminal lawyer, before the program was launched in December 2004.

HISTORY

CDT has built a successful business in Canada over the last 2 years providing Brokers and Jewellers with high quality loose diamonds. During this time they designed a direct marketing program to be able to sell more diamonds. They launched the main program (with an entry fee of $500) in December 2004, and in May 2005 launched a $100 Feeder program to allow everyone to participate.

OWNERS

One of the principal founders Sammy Sinh is closely affiliated with diamond mine owners around the world, and has a background in the diamond business. J. (Jay) Waterman is the President and Program director who designed the direct marketing program. J. has a financial education and background, and at al times regards information privacy, security and fraud a top priority.

STAFF

The company's staff is growing due to the growth, and their in-house and outsourced IT team is diligently developing and testing a state-of-the-art version of the current Website.

FACILITY

The company's head office consists of a reception and signup area, a large presentation room, a board room, a lounge area, and other offices. Anyone can use the facility during work hours to hold private presentations and meetings. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the company holds public presentations.

VISION

CDT's short-term goal is to become Canada's leading diamond distributor, and their long-term goal is to become a world class diamond company. Their efforts include branding through radio and web advertising. Soon they will launch an animated video infomercial for advertising on TV, DVD, and on the Internet.

FAQ ABOUT CDT AND THE COMPENSATION PLAN

(Note: All currency amounts are in US dollars)

What are the CDT office hours?

The office is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday to Friday (except on Canadian holidays)

What exactly is the 2-year money-back guarantee?

If you get your 2 workers in the first year, but you do not cycle out of either the $100 Feeder program or the $500 Diamond Program by the second year, you will get a full refund.

Are we charged shipping fees when the diamonds are mailed?

Shipping fees are charged on the diamonds obtained from the $100 Feeder Program. These diamonds are sent by registered mail, and the recipient would have to pay the shipping charges in advance. The company pays the shipping charges on the diamonds obtained from the $500 Diamond Program for Diamond Traders outside of Canad.

How long does it take before I receive my diamond and check?

After the Diamond Collector cycles out, and all Diamond Miner credit card transactions are cleared (with the credit card company) for that Diamond Table, checks (and other payment options) are processed within 3 business days. However, they are not mailed out (or transferred) until the next Monday.

What is the merchant fee deduction shown on the statement?

The merchant fee is approximately 3% ($15) charged by most credit card companies to the vendor (the company). Since the company is collecting the funds on the Diamond Collector's behalf, the Collector pays the fee. Therefore, you will see this deduction on the statement. AMEX charges 3.5%.

What is the admin fee deduction shown on the statement?

CDT admin fee is $5 per Diamond Miner (a total of $40 for 8 Miners)

Note: CDT is collecting and processing the funds on the Diamond Collectors behalf.

How do I get the financing for my $500 position?

The financing option is only available in Toronto, Canada. If you have at least 1 referral (worker) with their $500 you get the financing for your $500. You don't need to have a job or a credit check. All you have to do in personally go into the CDT head office and sign the documents.

How will I get paid my commissions?

CDT will pay you when you become a Diamond Collector and all 8 positions are filled on your Diamond Table. If you live near to our Head Office you have the option of picking up payment within 5 business days of earnings, or the check and diamond will be mailed or sent by courier to you as per your instructions. Also, a wire payment can be made to a bank account. As of December 1st 2005 it will be mandatory for Collectors to purchase Visa Electron cards which will give you access to fast cash anywhere Visa and Plus signs are displayed. You may choose to purchase the card after you cycle out, whereby the cost of the card will be deducted from the amount of your check.

How is the commission payment made to the Diamond Collector?

Check: CDT checks are mailed every Monday.

After the Diamond Collector cycles out, and all Diamond Miner credit card transactions are cleared (with the credit card company) for that Diamond Table, checks are processed within 3 business days. However, they are not mailed out until the next Monday.

All checks and diamonds are sent by 'Registered Mail'. This is the most secure and reliable method available. The normal Canada Post delivery date is 4-8 business days.

b. Wire Transfers: If you'd like to get paid by a wire transfer please send the following details by email to: admin@candiamonds.com or by fax to 416-742-0557:

Your CDT Username, Name, Email and Phone
Your Name and Address as appears on your Bank Account
Bank Name, Address and Phone Number
Your Bank Account number and Routing Number.

There will be a $45 wire fee for every wire sent out

c. Western Union Moneygram: This process takes about 2 business days. But again, the transfer is not initiated until all Diamond Miner credit card transactions are cleared (with the credit card company).

d. Visa Electron Debit Cards: (CDT branded – now available)

Benefits: Using a debit card will enable CDT to pay you faster and there will be no waiting for the mail to deliver your check.

To acquire a Visa Electron Debit card please contact CDT with your name, telephone and email address.

Features include

  1. $100 per year.
2. No monthly fees.
3. The card can be used like a pre-paid vis A.
4. Extra security features for purchase over the Internet.
5. Less than $5 fee to upload money on the card from CDT.
6. ATM withdrawals: the fee will depend on the bank machine you take it from. Some machines are $1, $1.5 etc.

8. You will be able to transfer funds between CDT members.
9. The card is mailed directly to the customer.

What is the difference between the Feeder Program and the main Diamond Program?

The Feeder program requires $100 deposit and the Diamond Program requires $500 deposit. The Feeder program was put in place to help others who couldn't afford the $500 deposit. The Feeder program is a stepping stone which feeds the Diamond Program. The diamond purchased as a Collector in the Feeder program is valued at $400. The Feeder program earns you $700 commission. Your initial deposit of $100 plus $200 from your commission is used to purchase your diamond (a $400 value) and $500 from your commission pays your diamond deposit for the Diamond Program. The two people you recruit in the Feeder Program may follow you into the Diamond Program.

Is the $100 Feeder Program the same as the $500 Diamond Program?

Yes, but the fundamental differences are: 1) the Deposit for the Feeder Program is only $100, and 2) The Feeder Program is designed as a stepping stone to allow people entrance to the Diamond Program at a lower cost, and 3) You do not get cash when you cycle out of the Feeder Program, the $500 commission is used to place you into the Diamond Program.

What is the $500 dollars used for?

The $500 covers the deposit for your diamond in the Diamond Program. Once you are a Diamond Collector this deposit goes toward the purchase of your diamond.

How long will it take to become a Diamond Collector?

The amount of time it will take to attain the Diamond Collector level depends on the movement of your Diamond Table. Every Table is different. CDT believe the average person takes three weeks in the Feeder program and 2-3 months in the Diamond program. The fastest time recorded was 48 hours from Diamond Miner to Diamond Collector in the Diamond Program, and a matter of minutes in the Feeder Program.

How long does it take to cycle through the system?

This depends on how quickly you and the other members of your Diamond Table take action and sponsor your 2 (or more) people. Several other factors determine your time to cycle out. However, even if you enter this system and it takes you 2 years to cycle out your return is 300% per year plus a diamond valued at $2700. Is that a good return?

What is a Freebee?

A Freebee is a worker that is given to a member without the member having to recruiting anyone themselves. It has been put in place to assist members who have less than their two workers. A Freebee is generated in two ways: 1) a member in your table recruits more than the 2 required to qualify, and 2) public advertising or CDT-generated Freebees.

What advantage do I have to bringing in more than two people?

The follow-the-leader system allows all members to follow their referrals only. If you bring in many people, when you re-enter the Diamond Program you have a higher chance of not having to recruit any new distributors, because all the people you brought in will ALWAYS follow you to push you through the cycle faster.

Can I put in more than one User ID?

You may put in as many User IDs you want. Every time you register with CDT you must create a new unique User ID. In order to track this easily members enter a numeric value at the end of each User ID (e.g. You1, You2; You3, etc.)

What kind of diamonds do I get through the $500 Diamond Program?

We guarantee $2500 worth of diamonds. Typical examples of diamonds members normally get are:

  · 0.5 ct, SI clarity, J color, Good cut
· 0.4 ct, VS2 clarity, G color, Good cut
· 0.4 ct, VVS2 clarity, I color, Good cut

What if I want a bigger diamond?

You may pay the difference and upgrade your diamond.

How come I got $400 worth of diamonds from the Feeder System and someone else gets more?

CDT cannot get the same diamond for everyone, we simply must sell volumes of diamonds and sometimes people get lucky.

Where do the diamonds come from?

India, Africa, and Canada.

Does CDT sell any carat, shape, clarity, colour, and cut of diamonds?

Yes.

Can I trade in my small diamonds for a big one?

Yes, for example you can trade in five 0.5 carat Diamond Program diamonds for one 1carat diamond of the same quality. Remember, the price of diamonds increase exponentially with the size.

How do I receive my diamond?

You may pick it up directly from our office, or we will ship it to you. Special request may be made by contacting the Head Office

What is the benefit of being a CDT Diamond Trader?

You will receive an additional 10% off our already wholesale rate diamonds.

What if I get my two workers but they do not get their two workers?

As long as you get your two workers you can become a Diamond Collector and receive your commission and diamonds. However, to move faster it is best to have workers (or more) that will work.

How many times can I enter (or re-enter) the Diamond Program?

You may enter as many times as you would like.

How do I keep track of my position on my Table?

Once you are placed on the table you may sign in at any time to see your position on the table. You will also see where you are in relation to all others members on your table.

How come I did not get a Freebee yet?

Not everyone gets Freebees. In fact, you may never get a Freebee. CDT encourages that you get your 2 workers. Freebees are a system generated bonus to assist Diamond Traders to succeed, not do the work for them.

What does 0W0F mean on the Diamond Table?

0W represents 0 workers, 0F represents 0 Freebees. If you click on the User ID you will see who the workers and Freebees are for each position.

What strategy should I use?

There are many strategies and none of them are wrong. We have developed the system to ensure everyone is successful no matter what. Therefore every strategy works as long as you qualify with your 2 workers.

Can the system accidentally assign someone to the wrong up-line member?

No, the system only does what you tell it to do. If you register a User ID under an incorrect User ID (who happens to already be in the system), then this cannot be reversed. However, positions can be bought and sold.

When I sign in to the system I no longer see my down-line with me on my diamond table, has the system made a mistake?

No, in this program there are no system errors. The system dynamically balances the occupants of a diamond table according to their recruiting strength. Your direct down-line will only follow you when they initially enter (or re-enter) the system. After that they may become separated from you until they cycle out and come back in. Sometimes what may happen is that your direct down-line may enter your diamond table as the last Diamond Miner on that table, and in so doing splits the diamond table, simultaneously separating from you.

Are Diamond Miners allowed to jump?

No, the system only allows Diamond Cutters to jump over Diamond Polishers.

Why does my position appear to move left and right on the Diamond Table?

The positions on a particular table are dynamically balanced by the computer system as other positions join that table. Therefore, your position may be moved around randomly.

If I enter the $500 network system and refer someone to the $100 feeder system what happens to that person?

They will enter the $100 system and look for you. If you're not there they will look for the nearest up-line member that may be in that system at the time. If they don't find an up-line member they will look for the slowest diamond table in that system and become a Freebee for someone on that table. However, when they cycle out of the feeder system they will follow you into the Diamond Program.

If I enter the $100 system and sponsor someone who registers under my User ID, but goes into the $500 system, where does that person go?

The referral will go to your nearest direct up-line member in that system.

What if the person I recruit in the $100 Feeder program enters the $500 Diamond Program before I do?

They will become a worker or Freebee for someone else. However, this is only temporary, when they become a Diamond Collector and re-enter the cycle they will always follow you once again. Very often someone else in their down-line will qualify you as needed.

If I register along with my down-line, but I pay to go in the system after my down-line has already entered the system, will I still have them as a Worker?

Yes, but not initially, for this first cycle you will not have your down-line as a worker. However, after your down-line cycles out they will follow you on to your diamond table becoming your worker once again. This is why it's important to make sure you are in the system before your down-line workers.

How come when the table divides (splits) my workers did not follow me to my new table?

When the table splits, the members of the original table are placed on the two daughter tables based on fairness and balance. The system automatically splits the table causing the strong and weak members to be distributed among both daughter tables equally. This gives each table a chance to move at the same rate. However, the follow-the-leader (FTL) system ensures that every time your workers re-enter as a Diamond Miner they will go to your table and become your worker first.

When I sign in to the system I no longer see my down-line with me on my diamond table, has the system made a mistake?

No, in this program there are no system errors. The system dynamically balances the occupants of a diamond table according to their recruiting strength and other factors.

Why don't my referrals follow me on to the new Diamond Table as the Diamond Tables split?

The system will dynamically balance the strong and weak members as every table splits, to ensure everyone is successful. So, it is not possible to determine who will be on what table. Your down-line positions will generally move to another table, however when they cycle out and come back in they will enter on your diamond table once again according to the follow-the-leader system.

How come the person I recruited got to jump from Cutter to Collector instead of me?

When the table splits and the Cutters have the opportunity to jump over a Polisher, the System ensures that everyone has an equal chance to jump. Half the time it will let the senior cutter jump and half the time it will let the junior cutter jump. This removes the stigma that if you don't get in first you won't make any money.
