As there are recruitments in your Board, these fractionations continue, until you reach the Collecteur level of diamond. You cannot reach the Collecteur level of diamond as long as you did not recruit at least two people, including the people who can be allotted to you gracefully without recruitment (see “Freebie” below).

When a diamond board splits:

• the 8 Miners go in two different Board like CUTTERS (4 per Board),
• the 4 Cutters go in two different Board like POLISHERS (2 per Board),
• the 2 Polishers go in two different Board like COLLECTORS (1 per Board).
• the Collector receives its profits (USD 3000 + USD 2500 of diamond) and turns over to the position of MINER in a new diamond Board; All the people whom he already recruited will follow him in this Board, allowing him to evolve even more quickly again to the position of Collector to receive new profits.

When you become diamond Collector, you are ready to leave the cycle and to receive your profits and your diamonds.
